Star Media provides professional video production services including corporate videos, commercials, aerial cinematography, and related creative services.
Clients must provide necessary access, materials, and timely feedback for project completion. Changes to project scope may result in additional fees.
Projects require a 50% deposit to begin work. Final payment is due upon project completion before final deliverables are released.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final video for agreed purposes. Star Media retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to cancellation date will be billed.
Star Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
